About Me
My name is Sondes Rassas and I am originally from Tunisia. I was born in Abu Dhabi, UAE where we were living but then we moved back to Tunisia. I have been living by myself since I was 19 years old when I left my hometown and moved to a different city to continue my studies. With plenty of dedication and hard work, I completed my Bachelor's degree with honors majoring in Business Analytics and minoring in Information Technology. This gave me the opportunity to pursue my Master's degree in Business Informatics at the Corvinus University of Budapest as a fully-funded scholarship holder. I am so grateful for being able to live such a rich international experience academically, personally, and professionally. Budapest got my heart and I am happy to say that I have a second home there.
Working at AbilityMatrix
I am more than convinced that for a business to succeed, it needs thorough study and research. I am always amazed by how much our research could affect the sustainability and performance of a project.
Along with my ongoing studies, I wanted to gain more practical experience in the field of market research and business development so I was looking for remote jobs daily. I am happy that I came across AbilityMatrix’s post and applied. It has been more than 2 months now since I joined the AM team. Since day one, I already felt that I am welcome and part of the team. All of my colleagues and managers are very supportive and helpful. At first, I was afraid of how the work environment would be for a remote job but my fear soon vanished. Flexibility, stress-free, and continuous communication are the most important characteristics that I liked while working at AbilityMatrix. I am grateful for this opportunity and the experience I am gaining every day.
